Part of our C.A.M.P (Children Academic Mastery Program) Rondo 2. O initiative was to introduce kids to something new and fun over the summer. In Partnership With Brainstem U, We were able to achieve that goal by allowing all members of the camp to learn how to code and create their own games. The goal of the program was to inspire students to explore STEM career options. The students were able to unveil the games they worked on the past few months at the Back to School Bash at the Republic Bank Foundation YMCA.

“The students absolutely loved it,” said BrainSTEM University founder Ricky Mason. “One of the parents said they've never seen their son so excited to learn. And we had another comment from a baseball coach that said, ‘Ricky I don't know what you are doing, but you are going to have to get out of here. I have players pulling out their laptops to work on their games during breaks at baseball practice.’”
